Haitian Beyen
These banana fritters can be enjoyed anytime, but are most common during carnival season in Haiti. They similar to french beignets only they include bananas and are crispy.
Mexican Street Corn
Grilled corn with just the right spices, some butter and Cotija cheese. This is the perfect summer treat and a great dish for the kids to help out with.
Indian Mango Lassi
This is a great way to introduce Indian food to the kids. Mango, yogurt, a hint of tumeric and cardamon! Yum! The kids will have fun making and drinking this one too!
