Veggie Macaroni and Cheese

What child doesn't love macaroni and cheese?  What parent doesn't want to give their child the absolute best?  When my first child started eating finger foods, I decided to make this childhood favorite a whole lot better.  I did this by adding pureed cauliflower and carrots. She was none the wiser and when baby #2 came along, this was a staple in our house.

Meatloaf

Oh meatloaf......!  I didn't start making meatloaf until recent years.  Once I started though, I haven't stopped.  Meatloaf may take some time to make, but it's so worth it.  If your child likes hamburgers they will love meatloaf.  It's a hamburger without the bun!

Easy Breezy Flatbread Pizza

No time to make it to the pizzeria?  Keep some naan bread on hand and you can have pizza in 10 minutes!  Not only do the kids love to eat this, but they also love to help make it.  Have them spread a little sauce, add some mozzarella and voila, the little chefs have helped to make their own meal!  Make this pizza heartier and healthier by adding different veggies and protein like grilled chicken.
